Public-site principle
The public site should collect as little personal information as possible. If a contact form, analytics, newsletter or other processing is added, the privacy notice must be updated to describe the real arrangement.
Keep private records private
Do not publish home addresses, identity documents, private correspondence, credentials, financial information or sensitive personal information merely to make the project appear more official.
